Anthony Acosta is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, specialty, and land properties throughout San Diego County. He is actively involved in tenant representation and has successfully assisted numerous national, regional, and local brands in expanding their footprint across Southern California. On the tenant representation side, Anthony has represented a variety of brands in completed transactions including (partial list): Fred Loya Insurance, Cricket Wireless, and Slice House By Tony Gemignani.
Representing primarily private clients, Anthony combines extensive market insight with a boots-on-the-ground approach to asset evaluation. This hands-on strategy allows him to uncover creative solutions that maximize property value and help clients achieve their real estate goals. Through his leasing efforts and marketing strategies, Anthony has consistently assisted property owners in reaching full occupancy at their properties. On the landlord representation side, Anthony has been involved in completed transactions with a range of nationally recognized tenants, including (partial list): dd's DISCOUNTS, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Daiso, Quick Quack Car Wash, The UPS Store, and Freeway Insurance.
A San Diego native, Anthony earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Site Source Retail Broker Network, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD). He's currently a Senior Associate at Duhs Commercial, a boutique brokerage company in North Park.
Anthony has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded to professionals who complete rigorous coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrate a proven track record of successful real estate transactions. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife, their newborn daughter, and their golden retriever. He also loves cooking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
